Sarah MacGregor

Having worked in Secondary Education for over 10 years, Sarah is dedicated to developing high quality teaching and learning in schools.  Initially qualifying as a Science Teacher, Sarah maintains a keen interest in her subject and in 2019, was awarded Chartered Science Teacher Status.  In addition to her teaching roles, Sarah has been fortunate to hold a number of roles within the school community, most notably as Head of Year, where she supported cohorts of young people to exam success.  Sarah has always been passionate about developing the next cohort of teachers and has been a SCITT and NQT mentor and assessor for a number of years, most recently taking on the role of SCITT programme lead for GLF Teaching Schools.  As ECF and AB Operational Lead, Sarah is proud to be supporting early career teachers through the first years of their career, ensuring that they are successful and in turn are able to provide the best opportunities for our young people.
