Facilitator Bio - Victoria Shapland

Facilitates: NPQSEN

I currently work as Inclusion Lead and Assistant Headteacher within GLF Schools, having previously worked in leadership across primary, secondary, and specialist settings. Alongside my in school role, I am a Team Teach trainer and facilitate on the NPQSEN within GLF as well as for other training providers. 

Working with colleagues, supporting them in their professional development is a really positive experience. I enjoy collaborating to ensure meaningful impact at both whole-school and classroom level in order to support positive outcomes for settings, staff and our pupils.
