Best Practice Network are a national provider of Primary, Primary SEND, and Secondary Initial Teaching Training. We offer both fee-funded and post-graduate Apprenticeship pathways for individuals looking to gain qualified teacher status.

Postgraduate Teacher Apprenticeship:

  • The Postgraduate Teacher Apprenticeship is a fee-free, salaried route for graduates to enter the teaching profession and gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in 12 months.
  • Apprentices earn while they learn, with 12 months of direct training followed by up to 3 months for the End Point Assessment (EPA).
  • With fewer new teachers entering the profession and a decreasing number of ITT providers, Teacher Apprenticeships offer a  practical solution to the recruitment challenges faced by schools.

Fee Funded route to QTS:

  • Teacher Training offers practical training in our partner schools with the support of skilled BPN colleagues and delivery partners. Successful completion of the programme leads to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Trainees are required to fund the training themselves however student loans are available.
  • Bursaries & grants are available to support both trainees and host schools.

Courses offered:  Primary, Secondary, Salaried/apprenticeship, QTS only, Teacher degree apprenticeship, Primary SEND
