Facilitator Bio - Kellie Hall

Facilitates: NPQ, ECF, ITT

Having spent my early teaching career aspiring to the best primary teacher I could be, I then ventured into the world of Primary leadership, initially as an Assistant Head, then into Deputy Headship overseeing Teaching and Learning and Curriculum and then more recently into Headship as the Head of two primary settings. 

I have now moved to work with the Teaching School Hub where I work on the ECF and NPQ programmes, primarily working with our Trust schools. However, as part of this role I facilitate for ECF, delivering conferences and clinics and NPQs. I have facilitated NPQLBC, NPQLTD, NPQSL and NPQH.

I love facilitating on both programmes as it is always wonderful to work with the teachers and leaders, developing themselves, their practice and their settings.
