With over 25 years of experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN), I have dedicated my career to supporting inclusive education and improving outcomes for children and young people with diverse needs. I currently facilitate the NPQSEN supporting the development of knowledgeable, reflective and impactful SEN leaders.

My career has given me the opportunity to work across a wide range of educational provisions and take on varied leadership roles, each enriching my understanding of what inclusive, high-quality education looks like in practice. I thrive on collaboration and particularly enjoy meeting people, hearing their stories, and learning from their experiences — something that continues to shape my approach as both a practitioner and a leader.
