GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Appropriate Body Services Fees: Academic Year 2026/27

Provider-Led Early Career Training Programme

Schools accessing our Appropriate Body (AB) Services alongside a provider-led Early Career Training Programme will be charged £200 per Early Career Teacher (ECT), per year of induction.

Please note:

  • This fee is non-refundable if an ECT withdraws from their induction programme or transfers to another school.
  • Schools will be invoiced in the term that the ECT's induction begins.
  • Our partnership agreement provides a full overview of the arrangements and the responsibilities of each stakeholder involved in the induction process.
  • Fees are reviewed annually and may be subject to change.

School-Led Early Career Training Programme

Schools choosing to design and deliver their own school-led Early Career Training Programme will be subject to the following Appropriate Body fees:

  • £300 per ECT, per year of induction
  • Fidelity Fee Guide
    • £650 per programme – Fidelity Check Fee
    • £1,850 per programme – Enhanced Fidelity Fee

The level of fidelity checking required will depend on the programme model being delivered. Please contact ectsupport@glfschools.org to discuss your approach and receive further information about the most appropriate package for your school.

 

 Independent Schools

We are proud to work with a growing number of independent schools that choose to support their Early Career Teachers through a high-quality induction experience. The same Appropriate Body fee structure (above) applies to independent schools.

 

If you would like to partner with us for both Appropriate Body Services and the ECT Programme, we can help you fulfil your statutory ECT induction responsibilities.
