We know that, as a leader, colleagues often report that aspects of people leadership and change management are areas where they would welcome more support. The masterclasses will build confidence, knowledge and skills in people leadership providing an overview and top tips.
The content of these online masterclasses will complement your NPQ, but this NPQ+ offer is not part of your NPQ; attendance is completely optional and there is no requirement to complete any online work. It is also not part of the NPQ assessment with your Lead Provider.
The masterclasses are in the following areas:
- Absence Management
- Leading Investigations
- Navigating Conduct and Capability
- Managing Changing Staffing Needs
- Introduction to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
- Wellbeing, Stress Management and Resilience
