GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Maxine joined the Teaching School Hub in April 2025 as an Administrator supporting the ECF and AB team. She enjoys working with the team, the variety of the role and the fact that no two days are ever the same.

She previously worked in executive administration for a large global pharmaceutical company, where she gained extensive experience in high-level organisational support, communication, and process co-ordination.
