West Sussex Teaching School Hub

GLF Schools

GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Partnerships

We recognise that we all have areas of strengths, interests, expertise and experiences to share. Working with colleagues, we want to create opportunities for further collaboration through professional conversations, networking and professional development.

This part of our website will provide opportunities for schools and organisations to share opportunities to come together and support each other.

We are fortunate in West Sussex to have a Research School and a number of Curriculum Hubs (MFL, Science and Maths) run and developed through local schools. Working with them, the TSH will be signposting to a number of CPD opportunities. We will be issuing a more comprehensive plan over the coming weeks, but we wanted to share some opportunities with you at this point.

Durrington Research School

The audit sent to schools by GLF to identify West Sussex school professional development priorities has identified a number of key priorities.  We have linked these priorities to training programmes that the Durrington Research School will be leading in during 2022. For further information about the programmes available at the Durrington Research School please click HERE

If you have any questions, please contact Shaun Allison - sallison@durring.com
